En el present estudi es comparen la capacitat antiespumant i la capacitat de desaireaci\u00f3 d’algunes refer\u00e8ncies d\u2019antiespumants de mercat amb les nostres solucions <\/span>EMULTROL DFM AFO-5, EMULTROL DFM OLV-24, EMULTROL DFM AFO-24 i EMULTROL DFM AFO-1<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Per tal d\u2019avaluar i comparar el rendiment a curt i llarg termini dels diferents antiespumants, s’ha optat per un <\/span>m\u00e8tode d’agitaci\u00f3<\/b>, directament despr\u00e9s de l’addici\u00f3 de l’antiespumant i tamb\u00e9 despr\u00e9s d’un proc\u00e9s d’envelliment.<\/span><\/p>\n

Els diferents <\/span>antiespumants, la seva composici\u00f3 i el seu contingut en s\u00f2lids es mostren a la Taula 1.<\/b>\u00a0 Aquesta informaci\u00f3 s’ha utilitzat per ajustar la dosificaci\u00f3 de l’antiespumant en els assajos amb la finalitat de comparar sempre els antiespumants amb el mateix contingut en s\u00f2lids.<\/span><\/p>\n

Metodologia\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Tot l’assaig s’ha realitzat en una dispersi\u00f3 copolim\u00e8rica d’estir\u00e8-acr\u00edlica. Per realitzar les proves antiespumants, s’han mesurat 200 ml de la dispersi\u00f3 d’estir\u00e8 acr\u00edlica amb una dosi de 0,2-0,45% d’agent antiespumant, depenent del contingut de s\u00f2lids de l’antiespumant, excepte el buit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Les mescles s’han agitat a 1300 rpm durant 5 minuts. Finalment, s’ha mesurat la densitat de la mostra per determinar el percentatge d\u2019aire clos. Seguidament, s’ha repetit la mateixa prova antiespumant amb una mostra envellida mitjan\u00e7ant conserva a 45\u00baC durant 7 dies.<\/span><\/p>\n

Resultats<\/b><\/p>\n

Les diferents dosis, els resultats de les proves antiespumants tant fresques com envellides incorporades a l’aire s\u00f3n mostrades, com es pot observar, les dosis dels diferents antiespumants han estat ajustades per tenir un 0,1% de contingut s\u00f2lid total excepte per als dos \u00faltims antiespumants que tenen un 0,2% de contingut s\u00f2lid.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Gr\u00e0fic 1. El gr\u00e0fic mostra l’aire clos dels diferents antiespumants, que correspon al tant % d\u2019aire clos present immediatament despr\u00e9s de l’agitaci\u00f3, com l’envellit, que correspon amb l\u2019aire clos present despr\u00e9s de l’envelliment de la dispersi\u00f3.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Conclusions<\/b><\/p>\n

Primerament, comparant les emulsions d’oli mineral, l\u2019<\/span>EMULTROL DFM AFO-1<\/b> va mostrar <\/span>millor rendiment tant en l’efecte a curt com a llarg termini en comparaci\u00f3 amb la refer\u00e8ncia de mercat (mostra 1)<\/b>, el qual no va mostrar cap efecte o fins i tot va tenir m\u00e9s aire atrapat que la prova control.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pel que fa a les emulsions d’oli vegetal, <\/span>EMULTROL DFM AFO-24<\/b> t\u00e9 un millor efecte desairejant <\/b>que la refer\u00e8ncia de mercat i EMULTROL DFM AFO-5.<\/span><\/p>\n

Finalment, si comparem l’efectivitat de les refer\u00e8ncies basades en oli vegetal, l\u2019<\/span>EMULTROL DFM OLV-24<\/b> mostra un millor exercici de desaireaci\u00f3 a llarg termini en comparaci\u00f3 amb la refer\u00e8ncia de la compet\u00e8ncia.<\/b><\/p>\n
