NON-STICK RELEASE AGENTS

The non-stick release agents for pastry products prevent sticking in moulds and trays. A perfect unmoulding of the baked product gives added value when sold. A range of highly effective products which does not need the use of flour, their handling is more hygienic than with greasy ones, they do not produce smoke and their taste and smell is completely neutral. Some of them have Kosher and Halal certification. We can also design solutions based on customer needs

PROTECTIVE COATINGS

The range of PROTILAT® coatings offers a natural and edible coating for food, protecting it from unwanted growth of microorganisms such as molds and yeasts and maintaining the aroma, taste, smell and juiciness of the coated product for longer. They provide shiny or natural finishes, and colour on customer’s request.

SHINY COATINGS

CONCERVOL AFL® is specially designed for coating croissants and other types of bakery products, giving a shiny appearance to the piece. Once applied to the product in question, it gives a glossy appearance without causing scale inside the machinery so it also facilitates cleaning.

ADHESIVES

The adhesive ranges, TACKTROL® and NETMELT® enable the requirements of the sector to be met: assembly and closing of boxes, labelling, sealing etc. We can design tailor-made products based on customer needs.

OTHER AUXILIARY PRODUCTS

We also have a wide range of products related to safety and food hygiene, like special cleaners, disinfectants, surface lubricants for conveyor belts, etc.
