NON-STICK RELEASE AGENTS

Non-stick release agents for pastry making are used to prevent the product from sticking to moulds and trays. A product that breaks down during demoulding and therefore shows damage loses its value when it is served or sold. In addition, we developed a less porous product that absorbs less, so that we get a higher yield when applying the coating or bath when decorating the cakes or pastries. It is a range of highly effective products that do not require the use of flour, the handling is more hygienic than that of fats, which does not produce smoke, and the taste and smell is totally neutral. We have a wide range of products, some of which are Kosher and Halal certified. We can also design tailor-made solutions according to the customer’s needs.
