Last Friday, June 13, the Girona Cancer Association brought together over 200 attendees at the Gala Solidària Costa Brava, held at the Hotel & Suites L’Alàbriga in Sant Feliu de Guíxols under the motto “Everyone Against Cancer.” This charitable event raised a record €71,571 for oncology research.

Concentrol joined more than twenty companies—alongside principal sponsor Grupo Autopodium—to support an initiative that “not only raises funds but also promotes solidarity and awareness for this cause affecting thousands across the region.”

The gala, hosted by Sergi Grimau and Ruth Jiménez, blended emotion and entertainment with live performances by Helena Rosich and Alexandre Carbonell, a dance routine by Costa Brava Events, and musical ambiance provided by DJ Toni Paredes.

During the institutional speeches, Ramón Reyes, President of the Spanish Association Against Cancer, highlighted “the power of collective solidarity” and, together with Julieta de Masdevall—President of the Girona Cancer Association—led the symbolic presentation of the fundraising check.

Through this collaboration, Concentrol reinforces its commitment to corporate social responsibility and community well-being, supporting initiatives that foster health and improve quality of life for those who need it most.

With this step, Concentrol reaffirms its dedication to addressing a global and diverse market, adapting to the cultural and religious needs of its clients. The company continues to prioritize innovation, quality, and corporate responsibility, offering solutions that meet the highest standards across all sectors.
