Product Sample Return Policy
1. General
Product samples sent through our online channel are subject to the following return policy. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless shopping experience.
2. Conditions for returns
Since product samples are offered on a promotional basis and/or free of charge, in most cases there are no returns. However, in specific situations, we may evaluate refund requests under the following conditions:
- The sample arrived damaged or in poor condition
- There was an error in your shipment and an incorrect sample was received
- The sample did not arrive within the established deadline
3. Deadlines for Requesting a Refund
In the event of being assigned for a return, the customer must notify it within 7 to 10 days of receipt of the sample.
4. Refund Request Process
To manage a return, the customer must:

- Provide relevant information (order number, product condition images, etc.)
- Wait for confirmation from our team before making any return shipment
5. Return Costs
Since samples are usually sent free of charge, in most cases the physical return of the product will not be required. If necessary, shipping costs will be assessed individually.
6. Exceptions
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Samples used partially or totally
- Products that, for hygiene and safety reasons, cannot be returned
- Applications outside the established period
