1. Introduction

This document sets out the general terms and conditions applicable to the use of the online sample request platform (hereinafter referred to as “E-Samples”). By accessing and using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Purpose of the E-Samples Platform

E-Samples allows users to request samples of products offered by Concentrol S.A. in order to know and evaluate their characteristics before making a purchase.

3. Requirements for the use of E-Samples

To use E-Samples and request samples, the user must meet the following requirements:

• Be of legal age or have the authorization of a legal representative
• Provide truthful and complete information when registering or requesting a sample
• Use the platform exclusively for personal and non-commercial purposes

4. Sample Request Process

• Sample availability is subject to limited stock and eligibility criteria established by Concentrol S.A.
• Each user may request a limited number of samples per period of time, according to the rules defined in “E-Samples”
• Sample delivery will be via the courier service designated by the company and will be subject to geographical availability

5. Limitations of Liability

• Concentrol S.A. does not guarantee the continuous availability of samples and reserves the right to modify or cancel requests at any time.
• Concentrol S.A. is not responsible for delays in delivery, damage during transport or problems arising from the use of the product received as a sample.
• In no event shall the company be liable for any direct, indirect or incidental damages that may arise from the use of “E-samples” or the products sent as a sample.

6. Protection of Personal Data

• The information provided by users will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Concentrol S.A., in compliance with current regulations on data protection.
• Personal data will be used only for the management of requests, the sending of samples and the improvement of the service.
• Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition as indicated in the privacy policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All the contents of E-Samples, including texts, images, logos and designs, are the property of Concentrol, S.A. or authorised third parties and are protected by current legislation on intellectual and industrial property.

8. Modifications and Updates

Concentrol S.A. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The changes will be posted on E-Samples and will be effective from the date of publication.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute that may arise in relation to this E-Samples platform will be resolved in accordance with Spanish law and will be submitted, expressly waiving any jurisdiction that may correspond, to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of GIRONA.
