On October 19, we commemorate World Breast Cancer Awareness Day. As every year, Concentrol joins the campaign of the Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC) in Girona, which in 2025 carries the slogan “Nos lo tomamos a pecho” (“We Take It to Heart”).
This year’s message highlights the importance of addressing all the needs of people living with breast cancer —beyond diagnosis and treatment— and the collective strength required to support them along their journey.
Since 2020, Concentrol has been proud to support this cause, collaborating with AECC Girona and taking part in their annual awareness campaigns. As a gesture of solidarity, each member of our team will receive a pink bracelet, a simple yet powerful symbol of unity, empathy, and hope.
Since its foundation in 1953, the AECC has been dedicated to reducing the impact of cancer through three main areas of action:
