Concentrol has recently incorporated a new extruder for the production of special hot melt adhesives (special hotmelts), which has allowed us to double our capacity to a volume of 1,600 tons/year.
The production of special hotmelts has been considered key in the strategic plan of Concentrol, since it is a question of adhesives with a great amount of benefits that facilitate the use and its application in different sectors, besides offering high yields in costs and greater productivity than traditional adhesives.
Thanks to the new machinery, the qualities of the hotmelts produced are also improved, since they allow to make extrusion with cuts under water and allows to make adhesives of high viscosity of load.
