In this line, on Monday, January 28th, the company Creantum, which assists in the development of talent in companies, visited the headquarters of Concentrol.
During the day, the Concentrol team carried out exercises of emotional intelligence, leadership and Team Building. This practice, that derives from the world of Team Coaching, consists in carrying out a series of dynamics and group activities aiming to build a high performance team. In this way, the relationship established between the members of the team can be effectively worked on, improving communication, trust and a cooperative spirit.
In addition, during the Team Building activities based on the LearningbyDoing methodology, participants could devise and carry out some dynamics with content adapted and adjusted to the different jobs in the company.
