Research towards excellence requires tireless work in the analysis of production processes in order to improve their efficiency and results. Concentrol has launched a new production line for high viscosity glues and improvements in the reception of raw material.
On the one hand, three new raw material tanks with 25,000L capacity are put into operation. These equipments allow different materials to be stored together and in large quantities. In addition, there is the possibility of loading them through containers, and dosing systems have been implemented to the relevant reactors. In this way, the loading time of these materials to the production equipment and the use of I.B.C. containers, is reduced.
On the other hand, in the middle of last year, two new equipment were implemented: the Dispermix and the follower plate. Both are coupled with the properties of the product to be manufactured, that is, the adhesives. These products stand out for their high viscosity and require greater stirring power and pressure. Both the Dispermix and the follower plate allow the production of adhesives to be carried out efficiently, stirring the reagent mixture and generating the necessary pressure.
For the chemical solutions company, investment and development are two variables that are closely linked. After these new implementations, Concentrol manages to increase the production rate of the product and achieve a better texture and quality.
