At Concentrol we strive to offer the best service to our customers and that is why, due to the current situation and the restrictions to minimize contact between people, we have created a virtual tour of our facilities. This way, we want to make it easier for our customers and collaborators to see the different spaces and all the processes that take place to develop our solutions from anywhere in the world.
In the video you can see: the entrance to our facilities, the offices of our different departments, the arrival of raw materials and the loading and unloading procedure, the different laboratories and rooms that make up the R&D and product design department, the applications laboratory to test our products, the pilot plant to prepare the industrial scaling, the manufacturing process, the different production areas of the 4 divisions: Performance Materials, Food Processing Aids, Additives and Adhesives, the quality control laboratory and shipping.
Concentrol, as an innovative company that manufactures its own products, has made a firm and clear commitment to have facilities at the forefront of the demands and challenges of the market. The future requires us to keep evolving in this direction.
Over the last few years, the company’s production capacity has been constantly growing, accompanied by improvements to its facilities. In the virtual tour we can see the largest building of our headquarters, Concentrol-3 (2013), where most of the offices are located, as well as the Concentrol-5 hall, acquired in 2017, which has a new applications laboratory (2019). Other recent additions include the new quality laboratory (2020) and our new flammables warehouse (2021).
In addition to the company headquarters shown in the video with 55,000 m² of total floor space, of which 1,000 m² is laboratory space, Concentrol also has a technology centre in China and a subsidiary in the USA.
