Food safety and product quality is one of Concentrol’s priorities. This is proven by the different certificates that guarantee compliance with the established regulations. This year, the company renewed the FSSC 22000 certificate, confirming once again its commitment to accreditation and the development of processes and solutions in accordance with global food safety management systems.
The renewal of the FSSC 22000 certificate coincides with a change in the reference standard. The previous version, ISO 22000:2005, has been updated to the new version, ISO 22000:2018. In addition to this accreditation, Concentrol has the ISO 9001:2015 certification (which provides the framework for our quality management system), and the ISO 14001:2015 certification (which guarantees the implementation and maintenance of an effective environmental management system).
In a world with a constantly increasing population, it is becoming increasingly important to ensure affordable, safe and quality products. The FSSC 22000 scheme has received full recognition since 2010 by the GFSI and is supported by key entities in global food safety, such as the FoodDrinkEurope (FDE) and the Consumer Brands Association (CBA).
