On September 27 and 28, the Citibanamex Center in Mexico City hosted the 10th edition of the Food Tech Summit & Expo Mexico, the leading event in the food and beverage industry, which on this occasion organized activities related to ingredients, technologies, flavours, trends and networking.
The main aim of the event was to show the trends regarding how to innovate in the development of food products according to current consumer demands, also taking into account a vision for the future. For this reason, topics related to new additives to address health problems, future food innovation, natural flavours and colours, and the effects of food on the mood of consumers, among others, were discussed and analyzed.
Concentrol was present at the convention thanks to our distributor of the food division FERBERA, a company in Mexico that aims to provide integral solutions in innovative and functional ingredients that suit the food market trends.
