The city of Shanghai will host the PU China 2018 event on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of August. Organized by Crain Communications Ltd., Minmetals Corporation and the China Polyurethane Industry Association (CPUIA), PU China is the most established annual event for the polyurethane market in the region.
Accustomed to change location every year to allow access to the flourishing polyurethane industry that is spread across the country, the event returns to Shanghai after the success achieved in 2016 and the large volume of business in the region. China benefits from many clusters within the polyurethane industry, and Shanghai is one of the key markets.
Concentrol has participated in several past editions of Pu China. It was present at the last edition of 2017, held in the city of Guangzhou, with more than 200 exhibitors and 8,000 attendees for 3 days, setting a first-day record of over 4,500. A success that is in line with the rapid growth of the Chinese polyurethane market, which grows faster than the country’s GDP.
