The project carried out by Nikoleta was born with the aim of maximizing the profitability of the company’s activity, seeking new business opportunities. After conducting an analysis of Concentrol with the possibilities offered by marketing, we bet on cross-selling, a marketing technique that seeks to sell complementary products to the customers of the company. In other words, during the purchase process, other complementary products are shown with the item that the customer is about to buy. Cross-selling allows to increase sales revenue.
Nikoleta’s work did not end here. The analysis carried out has allowed to acquire a transversal and global vision of the situation of the company and the market opportunities. Hand in hand with the Commercial Department of Concentrol, Nikoleta has worked on several tools to offer resources to professionals to improve the business of the company.
During the Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences of the University of Girona Graduation Ceremony, Nikoleta received an award, in a clear reflection of all the good work done during her stay at Concentrol.
Montserrat Capellas, vice president of the Association of Economists of Girona, was in charge of delivering the award. The ceremony was held at the Auditori de Girona, on June 27, and was attended by prominent members of the related business associations of Catalonia.
