One of the main pillars of Concentrol is the importance of customers: all the products launched, the studies and the research carried out have been done to meet their needs, always offering the most suitable solutions.


For this reason, at Concentrol we wanted to know to what degree our customers are satisfied with the work done and what is the most important for them, in order to continue improving and offering the best possible service. From this study, carried out with more than 400 clients, we have been able to draw conclusions such as the great importance that customers give to quality, the recognition of our adaptation to their needs and the high probability of recommending ours products to third parties.
