It is a new silicone surfactant designed to be used in MDI-systems.
Generally, It works as cell regulator in HR systems which need a low stabiliser capacity. It is phthalate free and has a non-hydrolysable structure. Open cell structure of polyurethane foams can be easily obtained using CONCENTROL STB PU-1235 PF.
This new silicone surfactant has been specially designed to meet the strict emission requirements of the automotive industry, concerning fogging and VOC (volatile organic compound) in foams.
