Concentrol has renewed until July 2019 its kosher certificate in products related to the food industry.
This certificate guarantees that said products are made in accordance with the precepts of the Jewish religion, and that therefore they are considered suitable for the practitioners of said religion. The set of Jewish laws regulate from the composition and ingredients of the product to the production and preparation process, as well as the cleaning of the machinery used in said preparation.
Concentrol renews the certification of some of its VIPLAST® cheese coatings, expanding it with new references. Also for some of the EMUTROL DFM® food defoamers and others.
Kosher certification is also a tool for differentiation and competitive positioning at an international level, of great importance to promote exports to other markets.
